The flu and COVID-19 vaccines are recommended for people at higher risk of getting seriously ill if they catch the viruses. If you are the main carer for an older or disabled person, or receive a carer’s allowance, or live with someone who has a weakened immune system you can also get the free NHS flu vaccine. 

If you have had vaccinations in the past ask a Pharmacist  to recheck them  to make sure you are still covered - you may need more doses for a booster, or even a full course again if the protection cover has expired.
